Locate the RV you would like to rent, and either call or email to confirm availability. Once that is confirmed, Reserve online on the Reservations page. Your dates cannot be guaranteed until the online booking is completed! |
| Security Deposit: |
$250 *This is also the cancellation fee if you cancel within 60 days of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days, the entire rental fee is due and a credit will be given toward a future rental. |
| Insurance Fee: |
Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company for the days you will be using the RV |
| Mileage Charge: |
1st 100 miles are free for each night that you rent the rv. Example: If you rent for 4 nights, you receive 400 miles included with the rental at no extra charge. Additional cost per mile per that you go over the provided mileage are as follows: 1-99=.32 per mile 100-199=.49 per mile 200+=.74 per mile. Example: If you rented for 4 nights, but traveled 600 miles, the additional miles are 200 priced at .32/mi. If you drove 1,000 miles on the same 4 day rental you would have 400 miles free, 400 miles at .32/mi, and 200 miles at .49/mi. |
| Generator Charge: |
3 hours per day free and then $5 per hour |
| Cleaning Charge: |
$100/$200/$300.00 (Toy Hauler/Class C Motorhomes/Class A Motorhomes) if not returned clean, both interior all under coach luggage compartments. You do not need to clean the exterior as that is done for you upon return. You are welcome to clean the RV yourseIf. If you return the RV in the same condition that it was rented, there will be no charge for cleaning. |

Allowed, but an additional $250 on the security deposit. |
| Preparation Fee: |
$95.00. This fee includes preparing the rv for your trip, holding tank chemicals,and toilet paper. Upon return from your trip this fee also covers the dumping of the holding tanks and washing the exterior. This fee does not cover the cleaning of the inside of the rv! Also if the propane level does not read full when you drop it off, you will need to have the propane refilled upon return.
